1 - whole wheat hot dog bun or roll (100-130 calories)
3 - vegetarian meatballs
1/4c - tomato sauce (25-35 calories)
1 - light string cheese (60-75 calories)
Open bun and light toast
Place meatballs in center, peel string cheese and put on top and place back in oven until cheese is melted
Heat sauce in microwave and pour on top of sandwich.

This recipe is 3 snap Fab-U-lous!!! I love vegetarian meatballs but am not a huge pasta fan; this is the perfect alternative.
I'm vegan so instead of string cheese I use a soy cheese alternative.
Just a tip: Whole Foods Market has frozen vegan meatballs that are amazing. I highy recommend!!
